A black dress always looks amazing with really colourful statement shoes and will draw the attention to the shoes – which is where you want it!!

Also you could try to find a dress with a print that has the pink colour of the shoes in it.

well pics or a better description would help, but with blue sandals, id try white dress with a wide belt, or maybe yellow. but any other colour might not work with blue sandals.
