Im off to Rome on honeymoon next month and my guide book says i need some sturdy footwear as the cobbles are hard on the feet. Been really struggling to find something cool on the feet comfy and easy one the eye. Can anyone tell me are birkenstocks all there cracked up to be and if not can you recommend something instead>

They are comfy – try clarks too – they have some comfy sandals. I would make sure you get a sandal with an ankle strap rather than slip on – just so they stay on your feet.

My feet blister really easily and I am going on holiday soon. I am looking for a ’soft’ pair of comfortable sandles that won’t hurt my feet and look nice. Where do you think I can get some?

Birkenstocks are really comfortable, they do flowery patterns and lots of different styles.
Those Havianna (sp?) flip flops are very comfortable too so are Rocket Dog.
Office still have lots of nice sandals in.

I want to put together a 70’s outfit using these sandals; they remind me of the ones Chrissy wore on 3’s Company. I don’t want shorts. Possibly something I could pull together with what I already have. Would jeans and a T-shirt work? I was too young to remember the 70’s. Does macy’s have flip flops (men’s) in their stores yet? They do not have them on their website. I am going to the Lenox Square flagship if it helps.
I know that they have a limited selection of flip flops, but do they have any flip flops yet? I think they would but I am not sure. I went to the SouthPark store and they did have a few flip flops, and it was about this time last year.

Do you girls feel more pretty with this style more than flip flops, or are they more comfortable than the backless sandals?

They are more comfortable easier to walk around in because they don’t fall off. Plus, they always look nicer than casual flip flops. Also, they’re versatile and look good with any oufit, as opposed to flip flops which can bruin a nice outfit by making it look too casual.

I always wear sandals to school because they go really well with my outfit for the day. I was planning on wearing a dress with my sandals but i can’t anymore…Any ideas on what other kind of shoes i can wear.

i have a brown and med purple halter top dress. i dont know what tip of dress sandals i should ware i only have dark blue ones and they wrap up my leg i dont want to ware thous ill look silly. the purple is only near my bust area and then the rest of the dress is brown cuts off at the knee shouls i were brown sandals or purple or white,black please help

i feel like if you wear brown you will be covering yourself in brown. go for the purple. it doesn’t matter if the purples don’t match you just want it to be in the same color palette. throw in some fun purple accessories and you’re good to go!
